Metal Pipes

The reliability and strength of the roof depends primarily on its frame, which can be either a metal or a wooden structure. The metal frame is built from pipes of quadrangular and rectangular cross-section, since the latter have better technical characteristics than their round counterparts. This is due to the quadrangular section of this type of pipe and the presence of 4 side stiffeners, which even under the action of gravity, at an angle of 90 degrees, distribute the load pressure along the entire length of the pipe and increase bending resistance at any point of the pipe. The concept of "degree of bending under load" indicates the possible deformation of the pipe under the influence of a particular weight. This physical property is absent in round pipes.
