Seam Metal Roof

Seam roofing is an old, but proven over the years, roofing technology, which can be safely considered the standard of tightness in this area.

Seam roofing is made of galvanized metal sheet and has a special valve system, which ensures the tightness and integrity of the roof. This valve system consists from folds or seams that pass into each other, so that there is no need to make holes for screws on the panel. Screws are used only when attaching the opposite edge of the panel to the roof frame and this part remains under the adjacent sheet.

So the seam roof becomes a single integral metal structure, excluding water leakage under the roof.
